Pedal threads are different from left side and right side. L / R signs are marked on spindle of each pedal, make sure they are assembled on right side .Thread both pedals into crank arms as far as you can by hand. Then Fully Tighten them with wrench.
There is a Bike Assemble Instruction included in package, please read it more carefully before installing bike and tuning brake and speed system.
